Where is my data stored?

On your device by default. If you turn on iCloud in Settings → Storage, your memories also sync to your personal, private iCloud — only you can access them. We never see your data.

I got a new iPhone. How do I restore my memories?

If iCloud sync was on, just sign in with the same Apple ID on your new iPhone and install MemoryLand — your memories come back automatically. Give it a minute on first launch to finish syncing.

iCloud sync isn't turning on

Make sure you're signed into iCloud in the iPhone's Settings app, then enable sync in MemoryLand under Settings → Storage and restart the app — a restart is required to activate it.

How do I delete my data?

You're always in control: Settings → Profile → Delete all data erases everything from your iPhone and iCloud. To remove only the iCloud copy, use Settings → Storage.
