Where is my data stored?

On your device by default. If you turn on iCloud in Settings โ†’ Storage, your memories also sync to your personal, private iCloud โ€” only you can access them. We never see your data.

I got a new iPhone. How do I restore my memories?

If iCloud sync was on, just sign in with the same Apple ID on your new iPhone and install MemoryLand โ€” your memories come back automatically. Give it a minute on first launch to finish syncing.

iCloud sync isn't turning on

Make sure you're signed into iCloud in the iPhone's Settings app, then enable sync in MemoryLand under Settings โ†’ Storage and restart the app โ€” a restart is required to activate it.

How do I delete my data?

You're always in control: Settings โ†’ Profile โ†’ Delete all data erases everything from your iPhone and iCloud. To remove only the iCloud copy, use Settings โ†’ Storage.
